ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the judgment and decree in R.C.A.No.3 of 2019 dated 07.01.2023 on the file of the Rent Controller Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Sankarankovil 1/4

confirming the order and decree dated 11.08.2018 made in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2010 on the file of the Rent Control Court, (Principal District Munsif Court), Sankarankovil.

2.There is no merit in the present Civil Revision Petition filed against the impugned order dated 07.01.2023 passed in R.C.A.No.3 of 2019 by the Rent Controller Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Sankarankovil. The petitioners continues to be in possession of the property. Further, the rights of the respondents are also protected under provision Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities Act of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, which came into force on 22.02.2019.

3.Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.04.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No dss 2/4
