ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342 and 302 IPC in Crime No.334 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted the petitioner is arrayed as A3 and the specific overt act attributed against the petitioner is that he prevented movement of the deceased thereby enabling the other accused to attack and due to attack, the victim was done to death.
