ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 05.05.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147 and 435 IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.56 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant parked his vehicle near Mariyur and some unknown persons set fire on his vehicle.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no previous case pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and considering the fact that there is no previous case pending against the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukoolathoor and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
