This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 3 to 7 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in spite of repeated efforts taken by the petitioner, the dispute between the petitioner's second brother and the respondents 3 to 7, is not settled. However, according to the petitioner, as of now, no petition is pending with the respondents 1 and 2.
