ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that despite this Court directing the eqnuiry to be conducted by the first respondent, in and by the order, dated 17.06.2021 in W.P(MD)No.8698 of 2021, the first respondent has not passed any final orders.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner's application for patta transfer was erroneously rejected by the second respondent. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P(MD)No.8698 of 2021 which came to be allowed, setting aside 2/5
the order of rejection of the application of the petitioner at the hands of the second respondent. In and by the order dated 17.06.2021, the first respondent was directed to conduct an enquiry and pass orders. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not passed any final orders, thereafter.
4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders, on merits, in accordance with law disposing of the petitioner's application dated 05.02.2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
