C O M M O N O R D E R It is seen that the petitioner herein has been granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide Orders dated 20.04.2017 and 27.04.2017, in Cr.M.P.Nos.1148, 1276 and 1277 of 2017, with a condition that he should execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and on further condition that he should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders for each case.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to poverty, the petitioner is not able to arrange two sureties for each case, in total, six sureties. Therefore, the learned counsel prays for suitable modification of the orders to that effect.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State on the above submissions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Orders dated 20.04.2017 and 27.04.2017, in Cr.M.P.Nos.1148, 1276 and 1277 of 2017, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety instead of two sureties for each case. The other conditions imposed on the petitioner stand unmodified.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
