This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file final report in Crime No.143 of 2014 within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent conducted the petition enquiry and closed the case as 'mistake of fact'.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
