This Sub Application has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/first contemnor. In the affidavit, particularly in paragraph 4, it is stated that they have complied with the orders of this Court. Though this Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned for non-appearance as the same are not supported by any piece of evidence, considering the fact that the respondents claimed to have complied with the order passed by this Court, the personal appearance of the petitioner/first contemnor is dispensed with for the present.
