O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner on 21.09.2020 and to release the documents.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission on 16.04.2021, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to take instructions and report before this Court, as to why the sale deed has not been entertained and registered.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that he has received written instructions from the second respondent to the effect that, a protest petition has been given by one of the brother of the petitioner and the enquiry has been fixed on 29.04.2021. W.P.(MD) No.7902 of 2021 learned Government Advocate further submitted that after enquiring the parties, the second respondent will take a decision regarding the registration of the document within the time limit fixed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the second respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, based on a protest petition, on 29.04.2021 there shall be a direction to the second respondent to enquire the parties and take a decision regarding the registration of the document within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
