O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioners as well as the third respondent / de-facto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. During the pendency of the criminal case, a compromise was reached between the petitioners and the third respondent/defacto complainant in the presence of Mediators. A Joint Compromise Memo has been filed by them. In the said memorandum of compromise, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the de-facto complainant/third respondent has stated that the dispute has been amicably settled and he has no objection to withdraw the case pending against the petitioners in Crime No.62 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

4. In view of the same, the case in Crime No.62 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 14.05.2018 shall form part of the order.
