ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.09.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter the same has been closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
