ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.52 of 2021, dated 16.03.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the crime is of the year 2021 and the First Information Report was registered in the last month and sought eight weeks time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court in Crime No. 52 of 2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
