This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to vacate encroachment in S.F.No:732/2012 situated at Pitchampatty Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, for an extent of 1539 sq.ft within a stipulated time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the enquiry in this case was closed and he produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
