ORDER
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a complaint has been lodged by his own brother making some allegations with regard to the Management of the temple. He would further submit that the police have no role to play in this matter.
2. According to the learned Public Prosecutor, based upon the complaint given by one Udhaya and Guru, enquiry was undertaken and the Police called them to settle the matter.
3. As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Police has no role to play regarding the administration of the temple and that the parties have to work out their remedy only through civil process. 4. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
