The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to include his name in the joint patta. 2.The petitioner basing his claim on a judgment and decree in O.S.No.157/2012 dated 25.07.2013, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District, has made an application on 01.03.2025, seeking inclusion of his name in the joint patta.

3.Without going into the merits of the petitioner's application and his entitlement to include his name in the joint patta, direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
