For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER:- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, they have filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that enquiring the petitioner is imperative. It is further submitted that FIR is yet to be registered.

4. I am of the view that the interest of justice will be served by issuing following directions :

(a)The petitioners will not be summoned to the police station, unless it is given in writing.

CRL OP(MD). No.5968 of 2020 respondent will give due intimation to the petitioners. So that the petitioners can approach the appropriate Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. In other words, the petitioners will be given sufficient breathing time to move the Court.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
