This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner's business shop namely Jeevan Ayurvedic SPA situated at M.I.Insaff Complex, Bharathidasan Road, Cantonment, Trichy District as per the proceedings passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. H9/8666/2023 (Mai) dated 15.11.2023.

2.According to the petitioner, he has to obtain no objection certificate to run the SPA in the name of Jeevan Ayurvedic SPA situated at M.I.Insaff Complex, Bharathidasan Road, Cantonment, Trichy District and thereby, the fourth respondent issued the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. H9/8666/2023 (Mai) dated 15.11.2023 and thereafter, now the file is pending before the third respondent without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 28.10.2024, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police received the petitioner's representation and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week.

4.The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the third respondent to issue no objection certificate and to that effect, the above said proceedings were issued by the fourth respondent. While so, now the matter is pending with the third respondent and he also admitted the pendency of the petitioner's representation. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and act 3/5

in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of this order.
