ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.275 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with another person has criminally trespassed to the house of the defacto complainant, used filthy language and attacked the defacto complainant.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier, the present petitioner has filed a complaint against the present defacto complainant, which was registered in Crime No.165 of 2017 and that as a counter blast only, the present petition has been filed.

considering the fact that it is a case of case and counter, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, Madurai District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
