The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to reconnect electricity connection No.3020021286 in Shop "N" Saver Super Market and the Jain Gift Centre situated at Door No.20/2, Pal Lucky Plaza, Government Hospital Road, Ramanathapuram-623 501.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to non-

payment of consumption charges, electricity service connection has been disconnected. Pursuant to the interim order dated 02.07.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner paid the consumption charges and on receipt of the same, the respondents reconnected the service connection.

Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
