ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 25.09.2024, in W.P.(MD)No.22831 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the second respondent to conclude the enquiry and forward the same to the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that even before passing of order by this Court, the second respondent in the writ petition has forwarded the files on 03.04.2023 to the first respondent.
