ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.12.2022 passed in I.A. No.7 of 2022 in O.S. No.925 of 2021 on the file of the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the judgment in O.S. No.925 of 2021 has since been delivered by the trial Court on 30.10.2025 and he has circulated a copy of the judgment.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
