PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to issue a direction, directing the 2nd respondent, to file a Final Report in Crime.No.210/2015 and dispose the same within the stipulated time frame fixed by this High Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent, to file a Final Report in Crime.No.210 of 2015. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered a case, completed the investigation and about to file the final report.

3.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate's Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
