This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.535 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent police has already conducted the enquiry and filed charge sheet on 11.08.2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinaickanoor and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
