This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 30.03.2022 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 30.03.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
