RESPONDENTS/ACCUSED Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to accept the affidavit and modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(ii) of Crl.OP.4012/2022 dt.01/03/2022 i.e., directed the accused/respondents herein to signed before the Sivakasi Town Police Station instead of the petitioner's Police Station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MUTHU MANAIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner and of MR.A.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the respondents to appear before the petitioner police station as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4012 of 2022 dated 01.03.2022.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents may be directed to appear before the Sivakasi Town Police station.

CRL MP(MD) No.4729 of 2022 4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the respondents are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Sivakasi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and other conditions shall remain unaltered.
