ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in P.R.C.No.28 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Sivagangai, in connection with Crime No.243 of 2012 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, daily at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
