ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent to restore and include his name in the Family Card bearing No. 24G0255467 considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's name has already been restored in the Family Card and has also produced the concern form relating to the membership inclusion.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
