Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime No. 147 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution, is that the petitioner along with other accused illegally transported river sand worth of Rs.1000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advcoate (Crl.side) submitted that 10 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
