The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submits that, based upon the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed; therefore, the petitioner would not be called for any enquiry.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. No costs.
