ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.BHARATHI,Advocate for the respondents, the court made the following order:- Considering the fact that the decree is one for specific performance and if the same is allowed to be executed during the pendency of the second appeal, considerable prejudice would be caused to the appellant.

2. Hence, interim stay granted by order dated 04.03.2019 is made absolute.
