ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 423, 465, 468, 471, 120(b) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.30 of 2016, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
