Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Junior Assistant on 15.10.2007 on compassionate grounds on the demise of his father and subsequently, his services were also regularized. However, for want of completing the foundational training, his probation was not declared in spite of regularization of his services. However, he was belatedly sent for the foundational training on 17.02.2014 and he completed the same successfully.

In view of the same, his probation was declared only with effect from 24.12.2024, the date on which the last examination of the foundational training was conducted.

5. The grievance of the petitioner is that deputation to foundational training is not within his control and that it is the responsibility of the employer to depute employees for such training. He was not deputed till 17.02.2014 and for no fault of him, his probation has not been declared from the date on which he actually completed his probation. Under those circumstances, the petitioner claimed to have submitted a representation dated 11.12.2025 to the respondents. Complaining non-consideration of his representation by the respondents, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

6. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the respondents would consider the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.

7. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 11.12.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith. No costs.
