Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned District Judge, II Additional District Court for CBI Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.6 of 2005 dated 23.12.2016 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioner could be granted the relief as prayed for with certain conditions.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner are ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the II Additional District Court for CBI Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner should https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
