...RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS PRAYER: The Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22297 of 2015 on 14.12.2015.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.22297/2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned communication of the 2nd respondent vide the impugned order dated 03.12.2015 bearing A.Thi.mu.No.15363/2015 A3, and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to appoint non hereditary trustees to the A/m Renganathasamy temple and Thenkondar Chathiram, situated at Gandhiji Road, Thanjavur Taluk as per the representation of the Petitioner dated 03.12.2015 provided the applicants do not suffer from any disqualifications contemplated under the Act.

ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) While dismissing the Writ Petition as premature, this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22297 of 2015, dated 14.12.2015, has granted liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if no steps are taken by the respondents, within a reasonable time.

2. Though the instant Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the above said order, Mr.B.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has circulated a letter, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. Liberty has already been granted in the Writ Petition itself. The Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
