ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act, in Crime No.18 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already been released on bail in Cr.M.P.No.278 of 2018 dated 30.01.2018 with condition. He further submitted that due to jaundice, the petitioner was not able to obey the condition. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that on 30.01.2018, the petitioner was released on bail, but he did not appear before the respondent police. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner suffered from jaundice, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special District Court for E.C., NDPS, Madurai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
