2.The petitioner, who was continuously present before the Judicial Magistrate for non-payment of cheque amount and not present on 27.04.2017, in connection with STC No.5781 of 2014, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 138 and 142 of NI Act, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to his non-appearance before the Court, pursuant to the issuance of non-bailable warrant, he apprehends arrest.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court. Hence, the NBW was issued. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
