This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in FIR.No.122 of 2013, dated 09.12.2013, on the file of the District Crime Branch, Dindigul, Dindigul District before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul, Dindigul District within the stipulated time which may be fixed by this Court.
