PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other agencies by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2026 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint on the file of the second respondent to some other agencies by considering the complaint's dated 12.02.2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, though he had lodged a complaint on 12.02.2026, so far there is no progress and therefore, he seeks transfer of investigation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and the second respondents submits that the enquiry would be completed within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 11.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
