Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ order or direction or any other writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent Ta.Pa.No.39/2009 dt 10/3/10 and C.No.fil.P.R.No.39/2009 dt 08/4/10 and theorder passed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.B1/Appeal 12/2010 dated 20/7/2010 and the consequential order passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.F2/12670/AP.15/2010 date 14/8/2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to repay the monetary benefits and give other benefits. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.VENKATESH KUMAR, Advocate for M/S.

AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of Mr.S.SAJIBINO, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 712 days in filing the W.A.[MD] SR.No.19865 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Though some reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are not satisfied with the same. However, since the merits of the matter have to be examined, we feel that this condone delay petition can be allowed on terms.
