(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 06.01.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.30872 of 2024.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, based on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai, submitted that survey was conducted and the revenue authorities found that there is no encroachment in S.No.73/17. Further, the Tahsildar has stated that the land in question is patta land and patta has been granted in favour of individuals. 3.In view of the above, it is established that there is no wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
