O R D E R

The application is filed for a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, to consider the bail application of the petitioner/A2, in Crime No.164 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, on the same day of his surrender, on merits and in accordance with law forthwith, in which the petitioner, who is stated to be aged 17 years, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323 ,336 and 506(ii) IPC read with Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992.

2.Mr.P.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that totally there are 24 accused in Crime No.164 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and except this petitioner, others were granted anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 03.10.2016, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19032 of 2016. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the records.

4. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul and he shall file an application before the Juvenile Justice Board and on receipt of the same, the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, shall consider the said application on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
