PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation of the above said case in Cr.No.700/2015 from the file of the 3rd respondent Police to CBCID/4th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the above said case in Cr.No.700/2015 from the file of the 3rd respondent Police to CBCID/4th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.700 of 2015 and closed the same as 'Action Dropped' on 26.11.2015 and as of now no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. Since no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent, the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

4. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
