No.5400 of 2021 2.By order, dated 21/05/2021, this court directed the Judicial Magistrate Court,Valliyoor to dispose of the case in CC No.52 of 2018, pending on its file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, seeks further time to dispose of the above said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, is directed to comply with the directions of this court without any further delay.
