ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila) Court, Madurai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 167 of 2018 by permitting cross examination of witnesses P.W's. 4, 6, 7 and 8 on the side of petitioner / accused.

2. Because of the non cross examination of the witness Nos.1 to 4 by the petitioner, the matter is kept pending.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of non co-operation of the petitioner, the above said matter could not be completed.

4. However, considering the fact that the matter is of the year 2018. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial process within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
