ORDER

The petitioner was shown as an accused in Crime No.718 of 2012 registered on the file of the Avaniyapuram Police Station. Bail was granted on 11.11.2013 subject to some condition. Thereafter, the prosecution filed Crl.M.P.No.372 of 2014 for cancellation of bail. The same was allowed on 17.02.2017.

2.This Court went through the order of cancellation. It appears that the petitioners and co-accused were attacked by others. Therefore, they were unable to obey the condition and therefore, the bail was cancelled.

3.Hence, this Court is of the view that the reasons set out in the order are not sufficient to cancel the bail earlier granted. Therefore, the order impugned in this petition is set aside.
