This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.38 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police has already conducted the enquiry and filed charge sheet on 02.09.2016, before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli and the same is yet to be taken on file.
