2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 4(1) (aa), 4(1)(g) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No. 358 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) states that the petitioner is having one previous case was registered in the last year.

4. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having bad antecedents, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner.
