ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, to accept the surrender and to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners in Crime No.165 of 2016 on the same day on merits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to appear before the concerned Court and their bail petition may be considered on the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

4. Considering the facts, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the very same day.
