ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352 and 354 of IPC., in Crime No.106 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the daughter-in-law of the first and second petitioners. The third petitioner is the sister-in-law of the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant's husband was died one year before. That being so, on 13.05.2018, when the defacto complainant was alone in her house, the first petitioner went there and tried to misbehave with her, when the same was informed by her to the second and third petitioners, they also threatened her. Hence, this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions, would submit that the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
