Respondents COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D)No.1412 Health and Family Welfare (AA1) Department, dated 30.12.2022 and quash the same and further direct the 3/6

respondents to reinstate the petitioners as Nurse and to regularize them within a reasonable time with all attendant benefits.
